Roofing & Cladding
We manufacture 32/1000 profile metal sheets in-house for roofing and cladding applications across industrial and commercial projects.
Our 32/1000 sheets are roll-formed at our Southampton facility, allowing us to produce sheets to custom lengths to suit individual project requirements. This provides greater flexibility and enables customers to order sheets specifically for the job.
Alongside our own 32/1000 profile, we can supply a range of alternative roofing and cladding profiles to meet different specifications and applications.
Where a standard profile isn’t suitable, our specialist folding machinery allows us to fold sheets to bespoke profiles and dimensions for more specialist project requirements.
Bespoke Flashings
We produce bespoke metal flashings to suit the individual requirements of industrial roofing and cladding projects.
Using specialist RAS and Jorns folding machinery, we can accurately fold flashings to customer-supplied dimensions, drawings and specifications across a wide range of profiles and configurations.
From standard ridge, verge and corner details to more complex project-specific profiles, flashings can be produced to the dimensions and lengths required for the job.
With production carried out in-house at our Southampton facility, we can accommodate everything from one-off requirements to larger quantities while maintaining a fast and dependable turnaround.
Powder Coating
Our in-house powder coating service provides a durable, high-quality finish for a wide range of metal products, components and fabrications.
Powder coating creates a tough and consistent protective finish, improving both the appearance and durability of the finished product for industrial and commercial applications.
A wide selection of colours and finishes is available, allowing products to be finished to suit individual project requirements and specifications.
With powder coating carried out alongside our manufacturing operations, customers can have products manufactured and finished under one roof at our Southampton facility.
